By creating an account, placing an order or using this site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
2. The services
LPI offers publication products and services listed on this site, including paid promotional features, listing production, sponsorship placements, consultations, audits, research support, media-relations services and discovery workshops. The description on each product page, together with your approved intake information, forms the scope of that order.
3. No guarantee of publication or outcome
Payment purchases the selected promotional, production or submission service. Payment does not guarantee independent editorial approval, a positive review, a specific publication date or a favourable opinion. All content remains subject to LPI's editorial, legal, accuracy, suitability and disclosure policies.
4. Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate, current information. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activity under your account. If you register for an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to act for it.
5. Orders, prices and payment
Prices are shown in Indian Rupees and are inclusive of applicable taxes. We are not currently registered under GST and issue payment receipts, not tax invoices. Payments are processed by Razorpay, a third-party payment gateway. We never receive or store your card number, CVV or UPI credentials. An order is accepted for processing only after LPI confirms receipt of verified payment.
6. Your content
You confirm that all material you submit (text, images, logos, data and links) is accurate to the best of your knowledge, lawful, and owned or licensed by you, and that you are authorised to submit it. Where content promotes you or a third party, you are responsible for required disclosures. You grant LPI a non-exclusive licence to use, edit, publish and promote your submitted material for the purpose of delivering the ordered service. Ownership of your content remains with you.
7. Review, revisions and approval
Where a product includes a draft review stage, you may request changes within the revision scope stated on the product page, or approve the draft. Your approval, including your confirmation that factual details are correct, is final for that version. Work after approval proceeds on the approved version.
8. Rejection, pausing and prohibited content
LPI may reject, pause or refund an order that breaches our policies, that is unlawful, defamatory, infringing, deceptive, hateful, sexually explicit, or that we cannot accurately or responsibly publish. See our Prohibited Content policy and Refund Policy.
9. Delivery
Timelines stated on product pages begin when your intake information is complete and run in working days. They are good-faith estimates; where a delay occurs we will update your order status and inform you through the dashboard.

11. Intellectual property in deliverables
On full payment and your approval, the final deliverable for your order may be used by you for your purposes. LPI retains ownership of its pre-existing tools, templates, frameworks and of the publication pages on which content appears.
12. Disclaimers and liability
The site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, LPI's total liability arising from any order is limited to the fees you paid for that order, and LPI is not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
13. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify LPI against claims, losses and legal costs arising from content you submit or from your breach of these Terms.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms; the current version is always on this page with its update date. Material changes affecting active orders will be notified through your dashboard. Continuing to use the site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
15. Law and disputes
